This refund and return policy is formulated for orders of fishing gear products including fishing nets, aquaculture cages and accessories. Due to the particularity of customized products, please confirm all details before placing an order.

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Rules (Customized Products)

All OEM/ODM customized fishing nets, aquaculture cages and tailored products are produced according to customer’s exclusive requirements. No return or refund is accepted for non-quality problems after production is completed. Please confirm size, material, specification and design before production.

2. Return & Refund for Quality Problems

If the products have manufacturing quality defects that do not meet the agreed standards, please provide photo and video evidence within 3 working days after receiving the goods. We will confirm the problem and provide solutions:
 
  • Unshipped goods: Full refund or free re-production will be arranged.
  • Shipped goods: We negotiate re-delivery, partial compensation or refund according to the actual situation.

3. Wrong Delivery & Missing Goods

If we deliver wrong products or miss goods due to our mistakes, we will resupply the goods free of charge, or negotiate partial refund with you.

4. Non-Quality Issues (Voluntary Cancellation)

  • Orders not started production: You can apply for order cancellation and full refund.
  • Orders in production or already shipped: Voluntary cancellation caused by the buyer’s personal reasons will not be supported for return and refund.

5. Sample Orders

Sample products follow the above rules. Samples with quality problems can be re-delivered free of charge; samples without quality problems do not support return and refund.

6. Refund Process

After both parties confirm the refund agreement, the refund will be completed within 7–15 working days via the original payment channel.
