This shipping policy applies to all orders of fishing nets, aquaculture cages, buoys, ropes and other fishing gear placed with Binzhou Nuodawei International Trade Co., Ltd. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We provide global shipping services, covering all countries and regions around the world. We support delivery for bulk orders, customized OEM/ODM orders and product sample orders.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple logistics solutions to meet different customer demands:
- Sea Freight: The main delivery method for large bulk orders, cost-effective for container shipments.
- Air Freight: Suitable for urgent orders with shorter delivery time.
- International Express: For small orders and product samples, fast and door-to-door delivery.
3. Production & Lead Time
- Standard products: Goods will be arranged for shipment within 3–7 working days after full payment is confirmed.
- Customized OEM/ODM products: The production cycle is subject to the agreed schedule, and shipment will be arranged immediately after production and quality inspection are completed.
- Sample orders: Samples will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
4. Freight Charge
- Freight can be borne by the buyer or negotiated by both parties. We support freight prepaid and freight collect.
- All quoted prices do not include international freight, insurance and destination customs duties unless otherwise specified.
5. Goods Inspection
Please inspect the goods carefully upon arrival. If you find damage, shortage or obvious quality problems caused by logistics, please take photos and videos as evidence and contact us within 3 working days. We will assist you to negotiate and solve problems with the logistics provider.
6. Logistics Delay
We will arrange shipment strictly according to the agreed time. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs inspection, local traffic control and other uncontrollable factors. We will keep you informed of the latest logistics status in a timely manner.
