Our polyethylene (PE) netting is manufactured from 100% virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using state-of-the-art extrusion and weaving technology, leveraging Binzhou’s 20 years of expertise in net manufacturing. It is uniquely characterized by low density, natural buoyancy, excellent acid/alkali resistance, UV stability, extremely low water absorption, high tensile strength, superior abrasion resistance, and low water drag. This cost-effective and durable netting requires minimal maintenance and delivers long-lasting performance in the harshest marine and agricultural environments, making it the preferred choice for commercial fishing, aquaculture, and agricultural applications worldwide.

Funktion Details
Natural Buoyancy & Low Density PE netting naturally floats in water without additional floats, significantly reducing material costs and simplifying net installation and operation. Its lightweight design also makes it easier to handle and deploy.
Superior Chemical & UV Resistance Highly resistant to acids, alkalis, saltwater corrosion, and harmful UV rays. It will not rot, mildew, or degrade even after prolonged exposure to harsh marine conditions and intense sunlight.
Extremely Low Water Absorption Absorbs less than 0.01% of water, ensuring the netting dries quickly, remains lightweight even when wet, and does not become heavy or difficult to haul out of the water.
High Strength & Abrasion Resistance Engineered for heavy-duty use, it offers exceptional tensile strength and excellent resistance to abrasion from rocks, sand, and marine debris, withstanding repeated use in demanding fishing operations.
Low Water Drag & Full Customization Low water drag design improves fishing efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. We offer full customization of mesh size, twine diameter, net width, and color (green, black, blue, etc.), with OEM/ODM private labeling available.
